Cancellation Policy: At Skintastik Skin Care, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service for all our clients. When a cancellation is made without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from being accommodated. To ensure fairness, we kindly request that you provide us with advance notice for any changes or cancellations. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for single services, and at least 48 hours for clients with multiple services. . Failure to provide the required notification will result in a charge of the 50% of the total amount of the missed appointment. By scheduling your appointment with us, you agree to adhere to these policies. To secure your reservation, we require a credit card, so please have your card or gift certificate ready when booking. Rest assured, you will only be charged in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Payment options can be selected during checkout.
Arrival Time: For new clients, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This allows us to prepare and cater to your specific needs. Upon arrival, we will provide a brief intake form for you to complete. Returning clients are encouraged to arrive at least ten minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to tardiness. While we will make every effort to accommodate your full service, please be aware that if there are appointments scheduled immediately after yours, your service may be shortened. In such cases, you will still be responsible for the full price of the service.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards for Skintastik Skin Care can be purchased both in-store and online. They are redeemable for any skincare product or service. Please present your Gift Card at the time of purchase or usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or redeemed. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. All Gift Card sales are final and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Return Policy: At Skintastik Skin Care, we have full confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our products. However, we understand that individual experiences may vary. To ensure your satisfaction, we accept product returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
Products Policy: If the product is not meeting your expectations, we encourage you to contact us via phone, text, or email. Sometimes a simple adjustment in usage can resolve any issues. If you decide the product is not suitable for you, we will arrange for an "In Store Credit" that can be applied to future services or product purchases, or provide a full refund.
